Victoria Tarallo

Materiality

THE PROCESS

Dessin de Ruban embraces the free flowing movement of ribbon and uses it as a means of expression. This collection was inspired by victorian interiors, porcelain dolls, voluminous silhouettes, as well as vintage lingerie. Aspects of each of these elements were carefully interpreted and translated through material producing heavily decorated, airy garments that give off innocent elegance and sex appeal.
