Griffin McGuire Hardy

GRIFFIN MCGUIRE HARDY was born and raised in Southern Indiana. Drawing inspiration from the fringes of society and their lifetime of not fitting in with “the norm”, GRIFFIN MCGUIRE HARDY’S style invokes a spirit of playfulness while still maintaining a serious tone. 

Previous collections have highlighted unconventional materials, as the process of turning discarded materials into something larger feels very indicative of the queer experience and is fundamental to GRIFFIN MCGUIRE HARDY’S process.

Upon completion of his BFA from Parsons School of Design, GRIFFIN MCGUIRE HARDY plans to pursue a career making theatrical costumes and custom garments. Throughout it all, GRIFFIN MCGUIRE HARDY will continue to make sure all of his creations allow others to see the same beauty he sees in trash.
