Chloe Gulsvig

Chloe Gulsvig is a designer engaging with nature as a narrative for creation and within her work considering the environment as a space for interiority. In this pursuit looking at the smaller and unnoticed parts of things within nature, in which they become a motivation for design. Each part splayed out to be materialized through construction techniques, fabrications, pattern exploration, theoretical thinking and design adaptation. Within theprocess, utilizing the philosophies of deconstruction and biomimicry as guides for curation and creation. It Is her goal as a designer to allow others to view each intrinsic part of an organic object as a guide for self reflection within nature.
